Really good for a breakfast smoothie for on the go or a cool and refreshing drink after lunch in the summer.
- Cut up the peaches removing the pits.
- Puree the peaches in a blender.
- Blend in the peach yougurt.
- Add a hint o' mint on the side and serve.
Totally yummy. I added a bit of honey.
