From the George Foreman grilling cookbook.
- 2 cups peaches, chopped
- 1 cup papaya, chopped
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons purple onions, chopped fine
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped fine
- 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- Combine all ingredients in medium bowl. chill to serve.
I mixed this up to go with some chicken breasts that I had grilled last night! UM UM GOOD! I let it sit for about an hour before serving to allow flavors to "meld". Thanks Shirl for sharing. This is going to be a new favorite for me!
