  • 500 g shelled peas
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 12 cups vegetable stock or 2 12 cups chicken stock
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cream
  • salt
  • pepper

Directions

  1. heat oil in a pan add onions n saute till white.
  2. add peas n saute for 5 more minutes.
  3. add seasoning and vegetable stock simmer till peas are cooked.
  4. wen cool puree in a grinder strain n warm the soup
  5. serve warm topped with fresh cream.
