ingredients

  • 500 g shelled peas
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 12 cups vegetable stock or 2 1/2 cups chicken stock
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cream
  • salt
  • pepper

directions

  • heat oil in a pan add onions n saute till white.
  • add peas n saute for 5 more minutes.
  • add seasoning and vegetable stock simmer till peas are cooked.
  • wen cool puree in a grinder strain n warm the soup
  • serve warm topped with fresh cream.
