A refreshing cold peas salad accented with bacon and bleu cheese

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 (12 ounce) bag frozen peas, thawed and drained (dry as possible)
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked crisp and chopped
  • 1 (4 ounce) can water chestnuts, slice thinly (julienne)
  • 5 ounces mayonnaise
  • 3 ounces blue cheese, crumbled
  • salt and pepper

Directions

  1. Combine mayo and bleu cheese.
  2. Add to all other ingredients and toss.
  3. Chill and enjoy!
