An old Southern Living recipe which was submitted by Mrs. Windsor Pipes from Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

  1. Saute green pepper, onion and celery in butter in a large saucepan until tender.
  2. Remove from heat and add next 5 ingredients; mix well.
  3. Spoon mixture into a 10x6x2 inch baking dish and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
  4. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 30 mins.
