  • whip in peanut butter.
  • layer in 6 parfait glasses with strawberry and grape jam.

  1. This was different and tasty! I used low carb milk so this was also virtually guilt free! I wish I had had some sugar free jelly but next time I will:) Thx!
     
  2. Oh my, is this good! I used skim milk and strawberry-rhubarb jam (along with the grape). I did up the milk to 1 1/2 cups (the box actually calls for 2 cups or 1 3/4 cups if making pie filling). I also whisked the p.b. into the milk before adding the pudding mix as I find it combines very well that way. Thanks for sharing this tasty dessert!
     
  3. WOW! Who knew? This is a fast, tasty and different parfait. I used some orange marmalade for the grape and crunch PB, so sprinkled the top with chopped peanuts. What a treat! Made for Strawberry Fair in the French Forum.

i'm on a salt and sugar free diet and the only reason i have a kitchen is that it came with the house.i like quick and easy stuff,as i am always on the go and don't have time for cooking.
