The end result of this labor was delicious. However, there are a few things to note about this recipe. First of all, it comes no where near close to making 32. Unless the original recipe calls for balls the size of marbles. I made bite-sized balls and only got 13. Secondly, you need to add about 1/2 hour to the prep time. This is a very labor intensive recipe. Lastly, the recipe does not call for it, but I would add just a small amount of evaporated milk to the caramels, otherwise you have to keep putting the caramels back in the microwave to re-melt them, otherwise the caramels harden up too fast and it is very difficult to roll the balls in the caramel. They truly are delicious, but alot of work!!!

The rating is for the flavor. They were delicious! However I only got about 16-18. And next time I wouldn't chill until I have already rolled them. I refrigerated them overnite then Tried to roll them but they were hard as a rock and stayed that way even after sitting out for a couple of hours. Or maybe I will use more peanut butter to make it more pliable. Otherwise they were simple and quick to make.
