  1. WHisk eggs and salt until stiff.
  2. Add in sugar and spoon on baking pan.
  3. Bake at 275 degrees for 1 1/4 hours.
  4. Turn heat off and let sit in oven until cooled.
  5. Serve with cream and fruits.
