Thanks so much for posting this great side dish. I made these mushrooms for Christmas a few years back with a beef tenderloin, and had forgotten how good they really are.
Savory & tasty mushrooms. Other than cutting back the butter abit, I did the recipe as written. This will be a regular side dish around our home, thanks for sharing.

Wonderful mushrooms, DH loved them! I scaled the recipe down to two servings and used baby bella mushrooms. Instead of brandy I used beef broth that I added with the worcestershire sauce and cooked down a bit. DH had these along side a steak he grilled for himself. Thank you Barb for another great recipe! Made and reviewed for the Secret Ingredient tag game.
These are a great side to grilled steak. I add 2 cloves of minced garlic with the mushrooms.
Thank you for Barb for posting this fantastic recipe. I love mushrooms with steaks and roasts and we just made them this week and they were too, too much. I love mushrooms in and with everything, but the brandy made them taste exquisite! Wonderful - Diane
i always saute fresh mushrooms for myself when i make steaks, but your additions made them over the top! this is the way i'll be cooking them from now on, barb, this is a keeper!
