I have been making this for years. Great for brunch with the family, a gals get together, or for the family down the street! This recipe is so easy, even the kids can do it! The house smells wonderful while making it! Always puts me in the Christmas spirit, even when its not Christmas!!
I've made this several times. Great for brunch or Xmas morning... I used 2 cans of Grands and it takes longer to cook, but makes a larger "taller" bundt. Just cover with foil for about half the cooking time, or the tops will be overdone.
Neighbor brought us this knowing we were busy with house guests and entertaining for a big Oktoberfest.. YUM.. She said something about eating it warm.. but we have to confess that it never got that far.. Tastes great at room temp..
I made this for my family over the Christmas holidays and everyone loved it! I had difficulty getting mine to cook thru in the time alloted but wonder if this was related to the silicone pan I used.
I would give this coffee cake more than five stars if I could! It tastes great--love the cream cheese and orange zest. It also makes a beautiful presentation. I did need to cook mine for about 45 minutes. Make sure that it is good and brown on the top, because the insides--especially more toward the middle need to get a chance to get cooked through. Otherwise, you will have uncooked dough on the inside. Thanks for a keeper, Raquel!
So amazingly wonderul!!!! I made this after I saw it on one of Paula's episodes. It is so easy to make and tastes great.
I thought this was so yummy. Very simple to make. Nice orange flavor also. Will be making this again. Thanks for posting.
