This was absolutely delicious! The sugar and the Dijon really mellow the lemon. It's a wonderful, light and fresh dressing.

I left the mustard out but this is my new favorite dressing. It's simple and delicious, make sure you use real lemons and not that bottled lemon juice. I cut the sugar down to 1 1/2 teaspoons and it was sweet enough. This is my new go to dressing!

I was looking for a light salad dressing and came across this one. The dressing is really yummy and the lemon isn't overpowering.

Yummy! Easy and simple, with a great flavor! I enjoyed over a green salad. Thanks! Made for the Secret Ingredient game.

Simple and fresh tasting salad dressng. I used a packaged romaine lettuce salad mix, grape tomatoes, cucumbers, red peppers and did use the olive oil. Added the two tablespoons of sugar but I think it was just a bit to sweet for me. Love the dijon mustard and I used bottled minced garlic. A nice dressing to have on hand. Thank you for posting, made and reviewed for The Secret Ingredient Game.

Nice light dressing. This has a very mild flavor that compliments meals that are either very light (I served with grilled salmon) or in which you don't want the dressing to stand out. I followed exactly making no changes to the recipe.
