This is a recipe given to me by the security guard in my building. He heats this up frequently for lunch, and it smells delicious.

Directions

  1. Mix together chicken, egg, breadcrumbs, soup mix, garlic and pepper. Divide into 6 even amounts, and stuff into bell pepper halves. Bake for 40 minutes at 325 degrees.
  2. Sprinkle with cheese and top with tomato. Bake an additional 10 minutes.
  3. Can be reheated in the microwave at lunchtime on High for 90 seconds.
