This is the brownie recipe I've had the most luck with and in my opinion is VERY EASY! Below you'll also find some variations I've had success with. :)

Followed the recipe right on down AND also added about 2/3 cup of dark chocolate chips to the batter! Easy to make & a delight to eat! Shared half the batch with another chocoholic friend of ours & she was one happy camper! Definitely a winner of a recipe around here! Thanks for sharing it!   1. In double broil melt butter and chocolate chips.
  2. Once melted add to it sugar and vanilla - keep over heat until smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and add flour
  4. Beat in eggs, one at a time.
  5. Pour batter into greased and floured 8 in pan. (glassware not recommended).
  6. Bake 35-40 minutes.
  7. Allow to cool before serving.

  9. *** VARIATIONS TO RECIPE ***.
  10. * Make "Blondies" by substituting chocolate chips with white chips, and adding 3/4 cups white sugar and 1/4 cup powdered sugar instead of using brown.
  11. *Use Peanut butter chips with 1/2 white sugar and 1/2 brown sugar along with 2 Tablespoons of Peanut Butter.
  12. * Use 2 Tablespoons instant coffee instead of vanilla extract to add a mocha flavor to the brownies.
  13. * Add 1/2 cup chocolate chips to top or mixed into batter.
  14. * Mix 1/2 cup softened cream cheese to half the batter, then swirl together in pan.
