- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 (8 ounce) carton sour cream
- 1 (10 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 10 ounces cream sherry
directions
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Place chicken in a roasting pan.
- Mix the sour cream, soup, and sherry in a separate bowl.
- Pour mixture over chicken.
- Bake for 1 hour.
- Serve with white and wild rice.

Curious about food, especially authentic ethnic dishes, I want to create something different each night. Tired of American cuisine for sure! Although, I do beleive it can be tweaked for a special effect. LIKE WHOLE FOODS, nothing processed.
