  • Preheat oven to 350F.
  • Place chicken in a roasting pan.
  • Mix the sour cream, soup, and sherry in a separate bowl.
  • Pour mixture over chicken.
  • Bake for 1 hour.
  • Serve with white and wild rice.

Curious about food, especially authentic ethnic dishes, I want to create something different each night. Tired of American cuisine for sure! Although, I do beleive it can be tweaked for a special effect. LIKE WHOLE FOODS, nothing processed.
