This makes a perfect gift to give to people for Christmas. I have had several people ask me for the recipe because it is so good. Instead of making the larger loaves I make 18 mini loaves by putting about 1/2 cup of batter in each and cooking it for 35 minutes. So easy to make too.

This recipe is a favorite at my house. I added 2 heaping tbsp of Flaxseed meal and you don't even notice it. I would like to cut down on the oil - I put under a cup and it turned out fine. I also added more coffee to the glaze and man, is it good! Thanks for sharing this great recipe!

I have been making this recipe for about 5 years. I only add 2 cups of sugar, and still tastes amazing! Muffins or breads - perfect recipe always!!
