- 4 eggs
- 3 cups sugar
- 1 cup salad oil
- 2⁄3 cup water
- 1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin
- 3 1⁄2 cups flour
- 1 1⁄3 teaspoons salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1⁄2 teaspoon nutmeg

Topping:
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon coffee, hot
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
directions
- Beat sugar and eggs.
- Add oil.
- Combine dry ingredients in separate bowl and add alternately with pumpkin and water to egg mixture.
- Pour into 3 5x9 inch pans or 6-8 3x6 inch pans and bake 1 hour at 325 degrees.
- Combine topping ingredients and pour over warm bread.
