I used 1/2 c. of each dressing and used 1 lb. meat, and it was just enough. The steak was nice and tender and juicy and the marinade worked great! The flavor was awesome!

Every football season we have a cookoff to see who can make the best tips and wings. This week, while watching the Pats take on the Bills, I brought these to the party. Not only did the Pats win, but I won the cookoff with these wings!!!!!

Kelly the flavor on these is awesome! Occasionally DD#1, (the chef)brings home steak ends from work when they clean out the cooler/freezers so I end up with a variety of different kind of steak pieces. I used ribeyes, KC strip, sirloins and some eye of the round and I must say that the better steak pieces need to be used in this recipe. I did let them sit over nite and some were metl in your mouth, others chewy, but thats the steaks! I used a veggie plate over my grill so as not to create a mess any marinade dripping and then all I had to do was stirr them to brown them. We ate them with grilled potatoes and broccoli, and then as a steak salad for lunch. I want to try them as kabobs and brush the sauce on veggies! The sauce and flavor is to die for! Thanks Kel!
