Recipe created by chef Chris Schlesinger of East Coat Grill on behalf of the makers of Hidden Valley®. We love this dip! Spread on burgers, in a mexican wrap or whatever floats your boat!
- hidden valley original ranch dip mix (1 packet)
- 2 1⁄2 cups sour cream
- 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 2 tablespoons pureed chipotle peppers
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 2 1⁄2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- In medium bowl, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth. Refrigerate until serving.
