- 6 medium raw potatoes
- 2 tablespoons flour
- milk (to taste)
- salt and pepper (to taste)
- parsley (optional)
- chopped onion (optional)
directions
- Peel and grate potatoes. Drain in a colander. Stir in flour and add enough milk to make a thin batter.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Parsley and onion may be added if desired.
- Form into circular patties.
- Fry in a well oiled hot skillet.
