This was great. I did not use the oil and subbed canned tomatoes for the fresh/water. I topped it with walnuts instead of cheese. Yummy!

This has so many good elements and tastes great. I tossed everything with the oil and spread into a shallow pan. I just covered the bottom of the pan with water. I did stir once or twice while in the oven. The addition of the optional cheese really finished this off nicely Thanks Janet. I will be making this again!

I made this recipe for th ZWTII. We enjoyed this very much. The only thing I would change is to add a little more cheese. Thanks Janet!
