      I think this has a lot of potential, but I am not sure that the broccoli is the right vegetable for this. To me, broccoli should be with a cream sauce. I think spinach might go well here, and some chopped tomatoes as well.

      I really wanted to like this alot. It is simple and every ingredient sounds great. However, we felt that it was really very dry. It had good tastes and ingredients, but lacked that 'something'. It wouldn't make it as healthy, I understand, but it needs more of a sauce - maybe a low-fat cream of something soup? It's a good basic recipes that needs to be refined.
