Wonderful dish. I used the suggested spaghetti. :)
This was good but kind of bland. I had to put about 3 times as much parmesan cheese as it called for to give it a little flavor. To future cooks, I would use this as a delicous base but liven it up with other spices and vegetables.
Didn't work out as I wanted it to , it was very bland . Not a fan of onions
Simple but delicious. Added lots of fresh parsley and had to omit the wine as I didn't have any white so instead used wine vinegar. A good quality cheese to top the pasta finished it off nicely.
This was different but it made for a nice lunch although it was on the dry side. You mentioned something about sauce in your note but mine didn't make any sauce. Direction #3 says to heat the wine until it bubbles away (hence no sauce or liquid). I guess I did something wrong but it still tasted okay.
