Great recipe Terese. We loved the fresh, lemony taste and the fact that it was as quick to make as you promised, I had a bit of dill going to waste, so put some of that in too, as I think it goes well with lemon and salmon..
This was great. I added some sauteed baby portabellas and capers, and waited to mix in the salmon until immediately before serving.
This was nice, however I was a little disappointed that the salmon was "cooked" by the time we ate it. I think next time I would stir the salmon through when the chopped parsley is added. Thanks!
Fantastic, just what I was looking for! I added some mushrooms with the garlic, and some presteamed broccoli and cauliflower at the end as my husband likes a few more veges with his pasta, but it was great. Also really appreciate recipes in Australian measurements :-)
I got a real bargain on smoked salmon so went looking for a good recipe. So glad I found this gem. Made as written and thoroughly enjoyed. I meant to add some dill and capers, but forgot. They would be nice additions, but the recipe doesn't need them. Thanks so very much for posting.
This was very good and very easy. I had some leftover salmon and added that. I used a smaller amout of smaked salmon because this batch was so salty. We enjoyed it, and I was able to serve the leftovers to some unexpected guests the next night, they liked it too.
