I really liked this. The simple yet rich taste of olive oil and garlic are two of my favorites. The breadcrumbs added a nice texture to the dish. I keep thinking about this recipe. Maybe I'm wierd. This recipe is different from the ordinary pasta recipe, but it is just wonderful. I put lots of garlic in it and I added extra olive oil. Next time I make it I will probably cut the bread crumbs down to 3/4 cup. But I just have to reiterate, this dish stays on your mind. Good Job Paula

Ingredients Nutrition


  1. Cook pasta according to directions on pkg.
  2. Sautee garlic in oil.
  3. Add red pepper flakes,salt, and bread crumbs/mix well.
  4. Add to cooked and drained pasta.
  5. Sprinkle with plenty of parmesean cheese.
