great recipe and good cold for leftovers too. Have also added a can of tuna or salmon. I always add lots of veges but the garlic and baby tomatoes are a must! have made with, mushrooms, zuchiini, peppers, white onions, cauliflower, brocoli etc!

From a healthy and light perspective, this was delicious! I had to add some sauteed garlic shrimp to this or my husband wouldn't eat it since he won't eat pasta without some sort of chicken, meat or fish in it. The shrimp complemented this beautifully. I LOVE pasta dishes that use fresh tomatoes. This roasting process was very nice. I used all campari tomatoes that I quartered and it worked perfectly. I also increased the amount of garlic. UPDATE: I made this again tonight...in the metal pan. Not sure if I've changed or whether the metal pan changed things but this was FABULOUS! I doubled the garlic (yes, doubled!) and used Romano cheese to top this off (which I think it definitely needs) but my kids and I adored this tonight! Can't wait for leftovers tomorrow!

This makes a ton! It is good, but there is something missing in it. As soon as I figure it out I will post. 12 cloves of garlic certainly aren't too many, I used two full heads (my family is slightly addicted to garlic). A good and filling comfort meal.

I made this dish for Father's Day. It was wonderful! Not only was it simple to make, it was just very tasty. It was the big hit of my Father's day dinner.

This was so simple and yet delivered an amazing blend of flavors. My son does not like tomatoes, but he ate this like a starving refugee. I didn't have fresh parsley on hand so I substituted a tablespoon of dried and just added it to the oil before roasting.

Really quick and easy recipe. Never have fresh/dried parsley so always use dried mixed herbs - works a treat! Added chilli-infused tuna and a sprinkle of grated cheddar (never have Parmesan) - there really is no flaw in this dish, making it an all-time favourite!

This is my favorite thing to eat. I've made it at least a dozen times in the last few months. It's super easy to make and is so delicious (I'm a hardcore garlic fan). Minimal cleanup required. I like to use Buitoni linguini. It's even good cold.

Very good! It leaves a lot of liquid which leaked out of my cake pan due to the removable bottom not creating a proper seal (so I won't be using a cake pan for this again). Great flavour, simple to make.
