Pasta with Mussel Sauce

As this is a "diet" recipe increase the pasta to suit your appetite

Great simple meal, full of flavour. Serve with crusty bread and a glass (or 3) of wine.

Ingredients Nutrition


  1. Place onion, garlic, tomatoes and oregano in small saucepan.
  2. Simmer
  3. uncovered 10 mins.
  4. Add mushrooms; continue to simmer until liquid is reduced and sauce thickened.
  5. Add mussels and heat through gently.
  6. While sauce is cooking, boil pasta.
  7. Drain and serve with sauce. MMMMM
