I love brie cheese; I haven't tried this yet, but it sounds absolutely delicious.

  1. Put water on to boil for pasta, then begin preparing other ingredients.
  2. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and return to pan.
  3. Toss pasta with remaining ingredients and serve immediately.
  4. Season to taste at the table with salt and pepper, if desired.

I meant to make this for a vegetarian friend, but didn't get the chance. It's a good thing, though, because I don't want to share any of this! I did use two cloves of garlic (love the stuff), and instead of straight sun-dried tomatoes, I used sun-dried tomato pesto sauce (couldn't find simply tomatoes). Thanks so much!

We loved this!!!! This is such a simple and delicious recipe! The flavors go so well together...and the dish reheats nicely the next day (if there is any left!!). We are trying to watch our cholesterol/fat intake so it's not the healthiest meal but definitely a welcome treat every once in a while!

We loved this! It was really easy to make 'though the tearing of the basil took a bit of time! I used rigatoni pasta instead of linguine as that was the only pasta we had, but I think it worked just as well.
