  • Cook pasta until just tender. Drain.
  • Heat 1 tbs oil in large pan.
  • Add garlic, chilli, rosemary and capsicum. Cook 3 minutes.
  • Add cooked pasta, avocado, pecans and remaining oil.
  • Toss to combine.
  • Season and serve immediately.
  • Easy!
