This is a great, quick Italian dish. I love asparagus so I knew I couldn't go wrong. The fresh garlic and oregano make it full of flavor. I have to admit I added more fresh parmesan because I love it. Thanks for sharing such a wonderful recipe. Made for ZWT7 for the Gardening, Herbs & Spices Forum Challenge for the Vivacious Violets.

Great dish. We like spicy foods, so I added the red pepper. Delish! Made for 123 Hit tag. Another good one, Hokie.

I made this recipe to serve with a grilled steak. It was the success of the dinner and brought on more rave reviews than the filet mignon that I grilled. The blend of flavors was delicious. I printed the recipe and my dinner guest took it home with them so they could make it again for themselves.

I make this recipe frequently, but I keep the pepper flakes and hot sauce in. We like it that way. Thanks for posting it here. My cut out recipe from the magazine is a sad little greasy scrap from so much use!
