Light and delicious. I had planned to make a pasta dish using anchovies, spinach and garlic. I found this recipe so I added the lemon and pine nuts. I used bowtie pasta and happened to have fresh spinach. Wonderful! This is a keeper!

LOVED it! jus made it & i didn't even have lemon at home, so i can only imagine how it will enhance the dish. super tasty. to-die-for dish! thank you for posting it.
