We like to make this once in a while. Quick meal and quite tastey.
- 1⁄4 cup butter
- 3 garlic cloves (minced)
- 8 (10 ounce) packages cheese tortellini (cooked)
- 1⁄2-1 lb asparagus
- 5 slices Canadian bacon, chopped
- salt (to taste)
- Sauted garlic in butter. Toss in other ingredients and saute until noodles brown just a little. Serve with parmesan.
