Pasta Salad Dressing

"This is a great mayonnaise dressing recipe that I got from a teacher of mine at school. It is a very simple recipe and if you have no leek oil you can substitute olive oil or you can just leave it out, just remember if you add olive oil you will taste the flavour of the olive oil."

ingredients

• 2 cups mayonnaise
• 1⁄2 cup leek oil
• 3 tablespoons lemon juice
• 2 tablespoons honey
• 1⁄2 cup parsley

directions

1. Mix everything together.
2. Add to pasta.
3. Be creative and add whatever vegetables you would like.
