- 2 cups cooked elbow macaroni
- 2 -4 slices bacon, broken up
- 1 cucumber
- 1 tomatoes
- 1⁄2 cup diced onion
- 2 cups broccoli (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup frozen peas and carrot
- 1⁄2 cup frozen corn
- 1⁄4 cup ranch dressing
- 1⁄4 cup chipotle ranch dressing
- 1⁄4 cup mayonnaise
- 1⁄4 cup cheddar cheese, diced small
directions
- cook elbow noodles.
- fry bacon and crumble up.
- mix all ingredients together.
