I used a pound of mini penne and only one bottle of dressing. I followed the rest of the recipe as written other then I didn't add the onion, salt, pepper or garlic powder. I didn't measure my pepper and cucs either. I just added two peppers and two cucumbers. We all enjoyed this.

I used 1lb of the pasta (that's what size the container is where I live??) Anyway, I also used 1 pint of grape tomato cut in halves, I used a whole seedless cucumber, a whole green pepper, 1 can of lack olives 1/2 sliced and 1/2 chopped, 1 container of kraft shredded parm, asiago & romano cheese. I couldn't find "house" italian so I used zesty. We never even had to open the second bottle of dressing. I think it may be because I had less pasta and way more veges than were called for, but it was great this way. Wonderful recipe, try it with extra veges and less pasta!

This was great. The flavor was wonderful. I did forget to put the seasonings in and it still came out just right. The next day, with the leftovers I sauted up some cubed chicken breasts, then added the leftover pasta salad, extra dressing and cheese and had a whole new dinner. Great way to use up the leftovers.

Not sure if it was the salad dressing, or the combo of grated and shredded Parmesan that made this extra special. I used an entire can of medium olives - slicing the required amount, then chopping what was left - seemed to be perfect. Excellent recipe!

Great Pasta Salad. It really isn't any different from what I had always made before except for the dressing and Parmesan cheese - well, it made a world of differece. I bought the Kraft House Italian and it was great - the cheese was an added bonus. I skipped the green pepper and used red and yellow and added broccoli and sliced zuchinni. YUM! The dressing in this is a must - it was so much better than the Italian dressing I had been using in the past.

Because I love veggies, I doubled the quantity on all of them and added some celery taboot. I also diced some smoked gouda cheese into the mix since I was serving this as a complete meal. It was wonderful ... but made a LOt!!! Next time I will start with 1/4 of the pasta for our family of 4.

One of the very best pasta salads I've ever had the pleasure of tasting! I'm soo glad I tried Jackie's recipe. I changed it up, but only a bit, by using sweet walla walla onions from my garden along with Golding Farms brand "Creamy Vidalia Onion Vinegarette" salad dressing. The flavor was just wonderful!

Very good pasta salad! I used all shredded parmesan as I had an 8 ounce container and didn't want to waste any and I also add some fresh minced garlic instead of garlic powder. All of my guests commented on what a good salad it was. Thanks, Jackie!

This is very good. Didnt want to run to the store so I made Italian Dressing #73977. Was very good. I will try it with the store dressing next time to see which is best. Thanks for a great recipe.
