Whole wheat pasta and jerk turkey; good carbs and lean protein.
- 1 lb whole wheat rotini
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 1⁄2 red onion, diced
- 12 grape tomatoes
- 8 ounces boar's head jerk turkey (cut 1/2 in thick and cubed)
- 1⁄2 cup lite caesar salad dressing
- Boil salted water; add pasta; cook for 10 minutes; drain.
- Add bell pepper, onion, tomaotes, turkey and salad dressing.
