- 9 ounces whole wheat spiral pasta
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 8 ounces broccoli florets
- 2 large carrots
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 red bell pepper
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 3 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
- 1 ounce fresh parmesan cheese
- 10 ounces reduced-sodium fat-free chicken broth
- Cook pasta according to package.
- Combine cornstarch and salt in small bowl, whisk in chicken broth.
