Directions

  1. Cook pasta according to packet directions in salted water.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, fry garlic and bacon until golden.
  3. Add onion and cook 1 minute.
  4. Whisk milk and eggs together.
  5. Stir through drained pasta for 1 minute over low heat.
  6. Stir through bacon mix, cheese and parsley.
  7. Season with pepper.
  8. Serve.

how do you count this as low fat with 46 grams of fat per serving? sounds ABSOUTLY delish but not low fat or calorie friendly...
