Delicious fluffy rolls for Passover
- 1 cup water
- 1⁄2 cup oil
- 1 3⁄4 cups matzo meal
- 1⁄4 cup cake crumbs
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 5 eggs
- Bring water and oil to a boil and let stand 10 minutes.
- Add dry ingredients.
- Stir in eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Drop from tablespoon onto greased cookie sheet.
- Bake at 410 for 10 min then 375 for 25 minutes.
The "cake crumbs" need further description as to matzo cake meal, or a previous matzo "cake" that had been made & crumbled, etc. Thank you.
