I've made this for 2 past Fourth of July's and boy oh boy is it a crowd pleaser! I used a V8 tropical mango blend for the juice, peach schnapps instead of the brandy, and refrained from using the 7-Up. I scooped it into cone shaped cups (that you use for shaved ice) and added a straw. The flavors blend together nicely, it cools you off quickly, and within a few minutes you can't help but feel rosey-cheeked and smiley. Rita, thank you for this recipe!
