Pass the Puck Pork Chili

Celebrate the Vancouver Winter Olympics while enjoying a bowl of hearty pork chili. You'll score big with family friends when you serve up this delicious dish.
Directions:

In a saucepan, heat oil. Add pork, onion, garlic, and peppers.

Cook over medium heat until pork is no longer pink, about 5 minutes. Stir frequently breaking up pork. Add tomatoes and seasonings.

Simmer gently uncovered for about 1 hour. Add a little water if mixture becomes too dry.

Add beans and simmer for 10 minutes longer. Serve with a dollop of sour cream or sprinkle with Monterey Jack cheese and broil just before serving.
