  • In saucepan, cook potatoes until tender, drain.
  • Mash with butter, milk, salt and pepper until smooth.
  • Add cream cheese and dip and mix well.
  • Place into a buttered 2 1/2 quart baking dish, cool, and refrigerate overnight, least 8 hours.
  • Remove from refrigerator, let sit 30 minutes.
  • Sprinkle with paprika.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes or until golden brown and heated through.

  1. I did a half batch, these are really creamy & delicious. Me & DD really enjoyed these, hubby wasn'ty too keen though, too rich for his tastes but 5 stars from the girls. Thanks!
