Party Stuffed Pinwheels

"Your guests will never have to know that these elegant pinwheels only took half an hour to make. These easy appetizers start off with refrigerated pizza crust stuffed with a cheese mixture comprised of Savory Herb and Garlic Soup Mix, cream cheese, mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese. From the Simple 1-2-3 Easy Appetizers cookbook. Note: I wasn't sure about the size of the soup mix packages so I just guessed them to be 2 ounces."

  1. This is an awesome, yet easy to make appetizer. I served it last year at my annual cookie exchange and everyone couldn't stop eating them. It's now become part of our regular menu.

  2. These were easy to make. But did not go over too well...I thought they were kindof bland...

  3. These were very quick and easy to whip up! I used the Lipton Onion Soup Mix since that is what I had on hand but will have to try with the Savoury Herb; the onion was a little bit salty. Made as is and made a nice lite lunch with a little rice salad. Made for Recipe Swap #45.

  4. Oh yummy appetizers!!! I made these for the playoffs today, but only made 1/2 of the recipe for just the 3 of us. DH, DS and I all thought these were very flavorful and everyone kept going back for more pinwheels. What I liked about it was that it was so simple to get together but with the soup mix added to the mild cheeses it was so flavorful. I could see making these even to take to a party by freezing the cut pinwheels and then just throwing them in the oven once at the party. Thanks for sharing the recipe Crafty!! Made for photo tag.

<p>Update: &nbsp;I have changed my profile picture in honor of my dear best friend and loyal companion that I lost to cancer on 6/25/11.
