Fun and delicious! I have frequently made salami with cream cheese, so the fun twists and variety of this combo was a delightful addition to our appetizer table. I used homemade cranberry sauce in the American and the option of the pepperoncini pepper for the Italian. We loved the flavors. Thanks for sharing! PARTY '10
Loved these...made them for our non traditional Christmas dinner of Finger Foods and appetizers. I only made one change and that is I ended up with 2 Americans...one just happened to be Hawaiian. I didn't realize until this morning that someone put the jar of apricot fruit spread back in the fridge with just a dab of jam on the bottom of the jar, so I ended up stirring a bit of well drained crushed pineapple into my cream cheese to top the ham with. Still very tasty. I will be making a repeat party tray with the Hawaiian and the Englishman for our Church's New Years Eve game and fellowship all-nighter!
