My aunt used to make these yummy little appetizers. They were always a big hit at any party.
- 1 lb hot pork sausage
- 1 lb Velveeta cheese
- 1⁄2 teaspoon oregano
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- miniature party rye rounds, slices
- Brown and drain pork sausage.
- Add cheese, ketchup and oregano and heat until cheese is melted.
- Spoon onto rye bread.
- Bake 5-10 minutes at 350 degrees.
