These are wonderful Inez! I've been making my new potates like these for years. The only addition I make is to add the juice of one lemon. Great recipe! I highly recommend it!

Glad you reminded me to do my potatoes this way again - great simple but delicious recipe. I cut the the butter way back and added some garlic, love the parsley. Thanks Inez

Great help! I put some new potatoes on to boil and then thought, what I'm I going to do when they've finished. This was very simple and DH loved them. I did add a little garlic powder.

I had a stray can of new potatoes in my pantry... who knows how or when it got there!!! I wanted to "spice" them up a little and this recipe was perfect. Who knew a little parsley and butter could transform canned potatoes into an absolutely delicious side dish? I warmed up the potatoes in the microwave first and then drained off the liquid and tossed them in the butter and parsley mixture right before serving. I knew they were good when my BF said they were "delicious" before I even asked!!! I can't wait to try these with fresh potatoes next time! Thanks for sharing!!!

These are so easy and good. The cooking time makes for perfectly cooked potatoes every time and the bonus is that they look fancy too.

Miss Nezz, I made these for a dinner and I must have heard I luv your potatoes from almost everyone there. I rinsed mine and then tossed them gently with the seasonings and baked them in the oven for 30 minutes at 350.. Thank you for a wonderful recipe and one I want to make for us next week because all the potatoes went and I made alot :) Thank you for a keeper.. :)

Wonderful new potatoes - and so easy to prepare! I had to use dried parsley because I didn't have any fresh. I'll try this with fresh parsley next time. Thanks Inez!
