Parslied Browned Buttered Carrots

Yummy and simple carrots. Use regular or baby carrots.

  1. Steam/boil carrots in salted water until fork-tender; drain.
  2. In empty saucepan, heat butter over med-high heat until browning and nutty-smelling; remove from heat.
  3. Add drained carrots to the saucepan of browned butter; sprinkle with parsley, tarragon and salt and pepper. Toss to coat well.

These were good and easy to make. I followed the recipe other then I didn't use the tarragon as I didn't have any. We enjoyed them.
