The version from my house growing up. It's a great new combo to try.
- Place parsley leaves,walnuts, and garlic in food processor.
- Pulse until coarsely chopped.
- Stream in EVOO to your desired consistency add salt to taste and pulse a few more times.
- Enjoy over past or as a spread or dip.
Very tasty! I am not a big fan of traditional basil pesto so this was a nice change for me. I added a tsp. or so of lemon rind and served over pasta. It was fantastic!
