The version from my house growing up. It's a great new combo to try.

Directions

  1. Place parsley leaves,walnuts, and garlic in food processor.
  2. Pulse until coarsely chopped.
  3. Stream in EVOO to your desired consistency add salt to taste and pulse a few more times.
  4. Enjoy over past or as a spread or dip.

Very tasty! I am not a big fan of traditional basil pesto so this was a nice change for me. I added a tsp. or so of lemon rind and served over pasta. It was fantastic!
