This recipe came from a cookbook that was sold as a fund raiser. It is a very good potato side dish and goes with meat, fish or poultry.

4 cloves of garlic overpowers this recipe in my opinion. I would substitute 2 TBS of onion flakes and add more water.

  1. Boil cubed potatoes about 20 minutes (don't overcook), drain In a saucepan, mix 1/4 cup water with chicken cube, garlic, chopped parsley, butter and olive oil Bring to a boil and cook for 2 minutes Pour mixture over drained potatoes and stir to mix.
