  1. Saute red onion and garlic in pan for a few minutes.
  2. Remove onion/garlic mixture from heat and set aside to cool.
  3. Drain chickpeas and finish preparing ingredients.
  4. Juice Lemon.
  5. Combine all ingredients in large bowl.
  6. Toss / Mix and enjoy!
